EBuySave warrants to the original owner (you) the  solar heater panels manufactured by it to be free from defects in materials for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of installation; frames, vacuum tubes and tanks are three ( 3) years. If any solar heater should be found to be defective due to faulty materials, and EBuySave is notified within thirty (30) days of the discovery of such a condition, EBuySave will at its option, either repair or replace such components subject to the following conditions:
1.EBuySave obligation here under becomes effective only if the enclosed EBuySave warranty card is fully completed by Consumer and returned to EBuySave within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase by Consumer. This Limited Warranty goes exclusively to the original Consumer and is with respect to the original installation only. The Buyer has notified EBuySave in writing, of any defects with the materials covered by this warranty.
2.Costs of shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser when solar water heater is returned to EBuySave.
3.Installation has been preformed in accordance with EBuySave installation instructions and appropriate provision of Winterization and Summerization
4.This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or to conditions resulting from repair or alteration by anyone other than EbuySave. Abuse, negligence, accident, freezing or acts of God will void this warranty.
5.This Limited Warranty excludes the cost of labor to remove or replace any defective solar heaters or installation of replacement parts.
6.This warranty does not cover consequential damages such as damage to your home, loss of time, inconvenience or loss of use of the solar heaters or any incidental expenses resulting from any breach of the express warranty.
